About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Financial Services Technology to lead the strategic direction and evolution of technology platforms that underpin its financial operations in North America. This senior enterprise leader will be the primary technology partner to the finance leadership, ensuring that core financial systems, including ERP and financial performance management platforms, are reliable, well-governed, and in line with business and regulatory requirements. The role involves setting enterprise direction for financial services technology, providing executive oversight of financial systems, and leading a team to foster collaboration and accountability. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong governance, partnering with peer technology leaders, and overseeing vendor relationships to deliver cohesive enterprise solutions. Applicants for the Vice President, Financial Services Technology position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in senior technology or business-technology leadership roles supporting finance or enterprise functions. A strong understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as the ability to operate at a strategic and governance level, is essential. The role requires experience in leading senior teams, partnering with finance leaders, and a solid understanding of enterprise technology dependencies. Executive-level communication, stakeholder management skills, and the willingness to travel within North America are also necessary. Experience with specific financial platforms and exposure to complex financial environments are considered a plus.
