Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, medical histories, and functional limitations to create bespoke treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based treatment strategies utilizing various modalities such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of assistive devices.
• Educate patients and their families on condition management, injury prevention strategies, and promoting a proactive approach to healthy lifestyles.
• Work in tandem with a diverse array of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care that addresses the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
• Continuously monitor and document each patient's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure they are on track to meet their goals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to regulatory standards to enhance the overall efficacy of our services.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in physical therapy practices, research, and technologies to ensure cutting-edge service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will work with at Restored Strength Therapy come from diverse backgrounds and may present a range of conditions requiring rehabilitation support—from post-surgical recovery to musculoskeletal injuries, neurological impairments, and chronic pain management. Each patient is treated as an individual, and you will apply your expertise to help them achieve significant improvements in their quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees (Master's or Doctorate) are preferred.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with team members.
• Proven ability to adapt and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Post-graduate education in specialty areas such as manual therapy, corrective and restorative exercise, or dry needling is highly desirable.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting or a similar fast-paced healthcare environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary range between USD 120,000 and 130,000, commensurate with experience.
