The Accounting Team Examples of key problems the team is working on Build the financial infrastructure from the ground up (NetSuite, Zip, Shareworks, Pigment). Role Scope Own revenue accounting for complex compute and colocation contracts: ASC 606 from deal desk to journal entry. Review contracts pre-signature and land the accounting conclusion before the ink dries. Run the monthly revenue close: billing, deferrals, and recognition tying to contracts at scale. Build revenue automation in NetSuite as contract volume and complexity compound. What We're Looking For The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would. You've owned ASC 606 revenue for usage-based, subscription, or infrastructure contracts. You've written technical memos that held up with auditors. You catch the recognition issue in the redline, not in the close. Your close is fast because the process is engineered, not heroic.
