Training & Development Specialist

Role Overview

Design and deliver learning programs that help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world instructional expertise. This remote contract role focuses on creating clear, learner-centered educational experiences, from measurable objectives through content, activities, and assessments. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable learning objectives tailored to specific program audiences.
• Design structured learning programs, including objectives, modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging digital educational content, instructional materials, presentations, and supporting resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools, including quizzes and rubrics, to measure learner progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Refine program designs and materials based on feedback and changing project requirements.
• Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
• Ability to define learning outcomes and connect them to appropriate activities and assessments.
• Experience designing educational content for diverse audiences, particularly in remote or digital settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in a virtual environment.
• Knowledge of creating quizzes, rubrics, and other tools for evaluating learning impact.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt to evolving project needs.
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach and commitment to high-quality, learner-centered solutions.

Work Terms

• Remote contract engagement.

Compensation

• $40 to $75 per hour.
