Job Summary

A respected Southern California fire protection contractor is seeking a Lead Fire Sprinkler Estimator for a direct hire opportunity in San Diego, CA. This role is ideal for an experienced fire sprinkler estimating professional who wants to contribute to high-value commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, technology, and mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare complete and accurate estimates for commercial fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems.
- Review plans, specifications, bid documents, and addenda to perform detailed material and labor takeoffs.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies while supporting project profitability and operational success.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, field leadership, and operations teams during preconstruction and project handoff.
- Participate in job walks, client meetings, proposal reviews, and presentations as needed.
- Support change orders, value engineering, scope reviews, and estimating best practices in accordance with NFPA standards.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year, depending on experience.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Location: San Diego, CA.
