Onboarding Coordinator
Cincinnati, OH | Part-time/20hrs per week| Contract |Hybrid

The Onboarding Coordinator (Part-Time) ensures a seamless and human onboarding experience for new hires across the North America region. Acting as a connector between Talent Acquisition, HR, new employees, and key internal partners, this role makes sure all pre-employment, and onboarding steps are completed efficiently, accurately, and in line with Givaudan’s standards and local compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate all pre-employment activities, including documentation, background and medical checks, and candidate support from offer acceptance through onboarding completion.
• Serve as the central point of contact between Talent Acquisition, HR Managers, HR Services, hiring managers, vendors, and candidates, ensuring clarity of communication and a consistent candidate experience.
• Oversee onboarding logistics such as start date confirmations, system readiness, and communication flow between HR and site teams.
• Monitor and track onboarding milestones, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and timely completion across all systems and documentation.
• Promote process improvement, using candidate feedback, stakeholder input, and process insights to streamline onboarding activities in the NOAM region.
• Support employee integration, reinforcing a welcoming and aligned first experience consistent with Givaudan’s culture and ways of working.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Administration, or related fields
• Experience in HR operations, onboarding, or administrative coordination
• Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
