Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations to establish client diagnoses and tailor treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of at least 27 clients per week, ensuring timely and effective therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize creative therapeutic methods, adapting interventions to help clients not just meet but exceed their personal goals.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including assessments and treatment plan updates, adhering to organizational policies and electronic health record requirements.

• Facilitate collaboration with case managers, medical staff, family members, and educational personnel to provide holistic care.

• Participate actively in all clinical meetings and training sessions, contributing to the ongoing development of our therapeutic approaches and team culture.

This role focuses on providing therapy to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and their families. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral health sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT clinical license is a prerequisite.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

• Ability to demonstrate professional boundaries with clients while fostering a therapeutic relationship.

• Experience working with a varied client demographic, showcasing adaptability and cultural competency.

• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health record systems (experience with Valant is a plus).

• Background check clearance is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 105,000 per year, supplemented by a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. In addition, we provide:
