Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately. Provide information about products, services, and general company activities. Assist customers with routine questions and requests. Support customer engagement and relationship-building activities. Assist with scheduling appointments and routine office coordination. Receive and organize incoming mail and deliveries. Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area. Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and office records. Support team members with general administrative activities. Communicate professionally with customers and visitors. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers and visitors. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, or office support is a plus but not required.
