Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team at Astrana Health. In this role, you will play a key part in administering employee benefits, workers' compensation, and leave of absence programs across our growing, multi-state healthcare organization. You will serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant HR support while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in all three areas, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
