Position Summary
We are looking dependable and detail-oriented  Die Cut Operator to join our Production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining die cutting equipment to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications and production standards. The ideal candidate possesses strong mechanical aptitude, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Responsibilities

• Set up and operate die cutting machines safely and efficiently to meet production schedules and quality requirements.
• Install, align, register, and adjust cutting dies to ensure accurate cuts and optimal machine performance.
• Perform product packaging duties, including counting pieces, stripping materials, labeling, inspecting for defects, and packing finished goods into boxes, cartons, or onto pallets.
• Inspect products throughout the production process to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company quality standards.
• Complete and maintain all production reports, paperwork, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Record production issues, machine problems, and deviations from standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs to minimize downtime and maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area at all times.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to achieve production, quality, and operational goals.

Qualifications
Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Frequent use of hands and fingers to handle, operate, and manipulate equipment and materials.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions and physical tasks associated with manufacturing operations.
