Healthcare Litigation Attorney

LHH is working with a Boston-based law firm known for advising mission-driven organizations is seeking a mid-level associate to join its litigation and regulatory practice focused on the healthcare sector. This role offers significant exposure to complex disputes and high-impact matters involving healthcare providers, human services organizations, and regulated entities. Job Responsibilities Handle a broad range of litigation matters in both state and federal forums, including trial preparation, motion practice, and dispute resolution Represent clients in administrative proceedings, licensing matters, and professional discipline cases Support clients in government investigations and enforcement actions Advise on compliance, risk management, and regulatory obligations across the healthcare space Work closely with clients in a trusted advisor capacity on day-to-day legal challenges Requirements 3–10 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare or other highly regulated industries Experience with administrative proceedings, investigations, or regulatory work is a plus Strong writing, analytical, and client management skills Ability to manage complex matters with a practical, solutions-oriented approach Massachusetts bar admission (or ability to obtain) Diverse and meaningful client base across the healthcare and human services landscape Hands-on responsibility and direct client interaction Collaborative, team-oriented culture with long-term growth potential Hybrid schedule with a consistent in-office presence Compensation & Structure Salary Range: $120,000 -$225,000 Bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits package Equal Opportunity Employer Women/Minorities/Veterans/Disabled. #J-18808-Ljbffr
