Vice President, Head of Transactions and Partnering

Revolution Medicines seeks a Vice President to lead transaction strategy and business development partnerships. This senior corporate development role focuses on evaluating, structuring, and negotiating licensing, collaboration, and alliance agreements that support the company's oncology pipeline and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and prioritize transaction evaluation, structuring, and execution activities
- Serve as senior negotiator for complex licensing, collaboration, and alliance agreements
- Develop transaction structures balancing strategic objectives, economics, and risk allocation
- Partner with finance, legal, and executive leadership to advance priority opportunities
- Build and develop high-performing transactions team with clear standards and ways of working
Requirements
- Deep expertise in corporate development transactions and deal structuring
- Demonstrated senior-level negotiation skills across complex strategic agreements
- Proven people leadership and team management experience
- Strong business judgment with ability to assess strategic fit and value creation
- Cross-functional stakeholder management across research, development, commercial, and finance
- Experience leading transaction processes from initial evaluation through closing
