Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client’s team for an 18-month temporary assignment supporting a major ERP system conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in supply chain, procurement, or inventory management who enjoys working in a collaborative manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Support purchasing, procurement, and inventory management activities. Maintain inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and trade goods. Process purchase orders and inventory-related invoices. Enter and maintain accurate data within the ERP system. Coordinate import/export documentation and customs paperwork. Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory. Prepare reports and maintain supply chain documentation. Partner with Production, Quality, Finance, Inside Sales, and other departments to support daily operations. Assist with ERP conversion activities and process improvement initiatives. Perform additional supply chain and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, or a related field. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word. Experience using an ERP system is required. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
