Litigation Associate

Join our team and litigate—don’t just push paper. Vernis & Bowling’s downtown Pensacola office is growing and seeking a driven Associate Attorney with at least 3 years of civil litigation experience. Active licensure in both the Florida and Alabama State Bars is required. We represent national corporate clients and large self-insureds who aren’t afraid to take cases to trial. What You’ll Do: Manage your own caseload across Florida and Alabama jurisdictions from inception through resolution. Gain real, hands-on courtroom and trial experience. Take and defend depositions. Draft, file, and aggressively argue substantive motions.
