Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to clients' needs.

• Regularly evaluate the progress of clients throughout their treatment plans, adjusting strategies and goals as necessary.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of mental health specialists, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers, to create cohesive intervention plans that best serve our clients.

• Conduct follow-up communications with attending physicians and psychiatrists to coordinate care for clients requiring hospitalization or additional support.

• Identify potential barriers to recovery by closely monitoring behavioral patterns and taking proactive steps to mitigate any risk factors.

• Provide support and psychoeducation for family members and primary caregivers to help them effectively manage mental health challenges within their households.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
