Overview Mechanical Systems Maintenance Technician (Hydraulics & Pneumatics) Location: Rochester, NH Travel: Support customers across the Northeast; typically 2–3 overnights per week What will I be doing? Carrying out routine service and repair work on industrial machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting mechanical problems and applying practical, lasting solutions. Conducting inspections to identify wear, misalignment, and other issues before they escalate. Collaborating with teammates to improve reliability and performance. Capturing accurate maintenance and repair records. Upholding safety protocols and maintaining a tidy, hazard-free workspace. Assisting with new equipment installations when required. Where will I work? You’ll be based in Rochester, NH, with regional travel to customer sites across the Northeast. Skills and background High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree/certification is a plus. Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance or a comparable mechanical role. Strong grasp of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatics. Ability to read and understand technical manuals, prints, and schematics. Excellent diagnostic skills and close attention to detail. Comfort working solo and in a team environment. Willingness to work flexible hours and take on overtime as needed. Is travel required? Yes. Expect to support customers across the Northeast with approximately 2–3 overnights per week. Why this role?
