Base pay range: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year (provided by Atlantic Group; actual pay based on skills and experience). Additional compensation: Annual Bonus. Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Accounting / Auditing Industries Manufacturing Senior Corporate Accountant The Senior Corporate Accountant will report to the Financial Reporting Manager and play a key role in managing corporate accounting, financial reporting, and process improvements. This position supports monthly close activities, SEC filings, budgeting, financial analysis, and other strategic initiatives across a multinational organization. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly close activities for the corporate entity, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and performance analysis. Prepare intercompany allocation invoices and ensure accuracy across global entities. Support quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, earnings releases) in compliance with GAAP and SEC requirements. Calculate and allocate global stock‑based compensation using Equity Edge (E*TRADE). Assist with technical accounting matters, new standard implementations, and internal control compliance. Partner with auditors to support internal and external audit requests. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance efficiency. Support ad hoc projects, including goodwill and intangible assessments, system upgrades, and cross‑functional initiatives with FP&A, Treasury, and Investor Relations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred. 4+ years of accounting experience within large, multinational, public companies. Strong general ledger and SEC reporting experience. Advanced Excel skills; experience with HFM, SAP S/4HANA, and Equity Edge preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
