At Thermosystems, you will be encouraged to grow, apply what you know, and see the impact of your hard work.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.All other duties assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in related field is required.Minimum of 5 years' experience managing projects.Previous experience working in HVAC is preferred.Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong communication skills and attention to detail.Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.Easily adapt to new situations and challenges.High mechanical and electrical aptitude.Works well individually with limited supervision.Highly organized and a reliable team player.The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,000 in Iowa. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls.
