Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as a counselor will focus on a diverse population, supporting individuals encountering emotional distress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their specific cultural, socioeconomic, and psychological needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related accredited field.

• An active California license/certification for providing psychotherapeutic treatment (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with the possibility of performance-based incentives.
