As a champion of impactful strategy, your expertise will elevate our TSI technology ecosystem and deliver measurable business results.How You’ll Make an ImpactDefine and execute technology strategies that align Spectrum’s portfolio to market successCollaborate with technology and product leaders to develop enterprise-wide technology strategies across a range of relevant domains, including wireless and wireline networksProvide strategic guidance for major TSI initiatives, including emerging technology development, competitive assessment, and strategic opportunity developmentRecommend and implement strategies for competitive positioning and technology development, including quantitative and qualitative analysisTranslate complex business challenges into solutions across technology-focused strategic initiativesLead, mentor and develop high-performing teams, recruiting and coaching leaders and staff to maximize their potentialManage budgets, prioritize initiatives and reinforce customer service and business ethics across the departmentWorking ConditionsOffice environmentSome travel requiredWhat You’ll Bring to SpectrumA grounding in the technology and market dynamics of major communications service providersA strategic mindset, ability to listen and learn, develop productive cross-functional relationships, and lead teams through complex topics to productive outcomesRequired QualificationsTechnology familiarity or training in wireless and wireline connectivityKnowledge of cable industry services and communications market dynamics in the United StatesQuantitative analytic skills, including Excel-based modelingPresentation and communication capabilities, including expert use of PowerPointAI tool familiarity to accelerate research, analysis, and outputsEducation Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
