The Role The Field Operations Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional photobooth experiences across events and long‑term venue locations. This hands‑on role supports booth installations, event execution, technical troubleshooting, service visits, and guest engagement while ensuring our equipment remains operational, brand‑aligned, and event‑ready. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems in real time, interacting with people, and bringing memorable experiences to life, this role is for you. What You’ll Own Event setup, operation, and breakdown of photobooth activations Long‑term venue booth installations and service visits Equipment transportation, configuration, and maintenance Real‑time technical troubleshooting and issue resolution Guest experience and on‑site customer support Post‑event reporting and operational feedback Maintaining equipment readiness and inventory accuracy Representing the Majestic brand in the field Ideal Candidate You might be a great fit if you: Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution Are comfortable interacting with clients, guests, and venue partners Have strong attention to detail and technical aptitude Can work independently while maintaining high standards Stay calm and resourceful when unexpected challenges arise Enjoy traveling locally and working at different event locations Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent required Experience Experience in events, hospitality, customer service, technical support, field operations, or related environments preferred Experience setting up equipment, technology, or event activations is a plus Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to lift and transport equipment safely Tools & Software Google Workspace Slack Notion Event and support ticketing systems Photobooth hardware and software platforms Perks & Benefits Why Work at Majestic?
