Senior Executive Recruitment Coordinator

A fortune 500 client is looking for an Executive Coordinator with Talent Acquisition environment experience.

This is a potential contract to hire role. This role is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future.

Role is hybrid set-up 3 days a week onsite in either NYC or Stamford, CT depending on your location.

This position will be part of the Talent Acquisition team providing high-touch administrative and coordination support with a strong focus on executive-level recruiting. This role serves as a trusted operational partner, managing complex scheduling, interview logistics, travel coordination, and related workflows to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for executive stakeholders and candidates.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, senior administrative, or operations coordination role

• Familiarity with HR, recruiting, or talent acquisition environments (Workday experience preferred)

• Demonstrated experience supporting executives and senior leaders

• Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and administrative workflows

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

• High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive information
