The Associate will assist to develop programs and perform processes regarding IT financial and administrative management. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to IT Financial Management Assist to develop BOCUS IT expense and fixed assets budget and monitor departmental expenditures Assist to develop ADC expense and IT fixed assets budgets and monitor expenditures Collaborate with other branches serviced by ADC to facilitate preparation and review process of IT fixed assets budget Perform IT contract management Assist IT procurement management Process ADC bill payment Prepare routine and ad hoc expense/financial reports and process other finacial related matters IT Administrative Management Provide administrative support for tasks relating to personnel management Perform traning management Follow up the progresses of ADC strategic tasks, key initiative, HO tasks etc. Assist PE management Perform ABAC management Process other administrative and comprehensive management matters Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required at the time of hiring Internship experience in financial industry is preferred Bilingual ability in English and Mandarin is highly preferred Pay Range Actual salary is commensurate with candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education and other qualifications.
