Pay Details: Starting base pay for a Sales Consultant is $42,000 - $52,000+ / year + uncapped commission and performance bonuses *Average first year earnings range from $45K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission.Top performing agents in their second year and onward, can earn up to$110,000+ / year Location: 5615 W 95th St Ste 1, Oak Lawn, Illinois, 60453. What You Will Do: The Sales Consultant is an insideinsurance sales role with a focus on building a book of business by quoting and binding policies, closing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and following through on other warm lead sources. The Sales Consultant will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills. Although an active Property & Casualty license is not required for consideration, candidates must obtain their license within 45 days of their start date.
