About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President, Enterprise Sales to spearhead the growth of an Enterprise Sales team within its corporate payments division. This remote leadership role is pivotal in developing and executing the enterprise go-to-market strategy, building a high-performing sales organization, and driving growth across targeted industry verticals. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Enterprise Sales executives, ensuring the delivery of market-leading corporate payment solutions, and driving predictable revenue growth. Strategic leadership, sales execution, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration are key aspects of the role. Applicants for the SVP, Enterprise Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive sales leadership experience, with a proven track record in leading enterprise and strategic sales teams. Experience in SaaS, software, fintech, payments, or other complex B2B solution environments is essential, with a preference for those with a background in corporate payments, AP automation, treasury, or related financial technology solutions. The role requires a leader with a strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies, a history of improving sales performance, and the ability to influence and build credibility with C-level decision-makers. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. The ideal candidate will be adept at both strategic planning and hands-on sales leadership, with a focus on driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
