This position offers a flexible and dynamic work environment, primarily conducted remotely to accommodate both the therapists' needs and the unique circumstances of our clients. While the majority of sessions will occur online, you will also have the opportunity to engage with clients in our outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake interviews with new clients to gather comprehensive background information and assess their mental health needs.

• Prepare and maintain detailed clinical documentation including progress notes, transfer summaries, and treatment plans to ensure effective tracking of client progress.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions; applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients’ journeys toward healing and growth.

• Coordinate and manage special programs within the Behavioral Health Department, developing targeted interventions tailored to specific community needs.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to identify and develop community resources that promote preventive mental health services.

• Provide crisis management and support as needed, ensuring a responsive approach to client emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Curing Marriage and Family Therapy Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including families, individuals, and couples experiencing various challenges, from relationship difficulties to mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
