About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Growth to spearhead the definition and execution of its growth strategy within the defense and national security markets. This pivotal role is focused on building a robust pipeline, expanding market presence, and converting early customer traction into sustainable, scalable revenue. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, customer segments, and use cases, as well as for leading the company's overall growth and revenue strategy. A hands-on leadership approach is essential, as is the ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to the organization. Applicants for the Head of Growth position at the company should have a proven track record in scaling revenue, particularly in early-stage or high-growth environments. Experience in selling to government, defense, or dual-use markets is a must, along with a strong understanding of complex sales cycles and stakeholder-driven buying processes. The role requires a confident communicator who can effectively represent the voice of the customer and is adept at building and leading high-performing teams. The ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance is also a key qualification for this role. The Head of Growth will work closely with executive leadership and the board, and will be instrumental in the company's transition to a more scalable and repeatable growth model.
