Lead transformative projects from concept through completion Oversee development for a firm with in-house construction, general contracting, and facilities management Collaborate with top-tier financial partners, government agencies, and institutional clients Direct performance-based growth , reporting directly to the President What We’re Looking For 10+ years in multifamily or mixed-use development Proven expertise in debt & equity financing, deal structuring, and pro forma modeling Strong knowledge of LIHTC, New Market Tax Credits, and Historic Tax Credits A strategic, analytical leader with exceptional communication and team leadership skills MBA or Master’s in Real Estate strongly preferred Your Impact Own the entire development cycle : site acquisition, entitlements, financing, construction, and delivery Build strategic partnerships with financial institutions, agencies, and community stakeholders Drive leasing and property management initiatives to ensure 95% lease-up success Shape the company’s future through innovative investments and development strategies Job Details Seniority level : Executive Employment type : Full-time Job function : Analyst, Manufacturing, and Strategy/Planning Industries : Real Estate and Construction Base pay range: $225,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr Additional compensation: Annual Bonus Note: This range is provided by The Redda Group Corporation.
