Create deep relationships within your team and beyond.Make an impact on sales revenue by Co-pilot sales opportunities along with your Account Executives.Seek to understand customer’s short term and long term digital objectives, their current and future technology stack and current challenges reaching their goals leveraging their existing technology stack.Validate and illustrate how Contentful can help the customer with their digital transformation efforts through customized value based product demonstrations and proofs of concept.Assist with the completion of RFIs, RFPs, and Security questionnaires and liaison with other departments to drive finalization.In the customers words, relay product feedback to Product Management, Marketing and Sales. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure that newly-signed customers successfully implement and launch their projects with ContentfulUnderstand prospects’ project requirements, help prospects validate these requirements against our platform, identify and mitigate technical and business risksTravel onsite with customers when necessary. Strong presentation skills that demonstrate the ability to convey technical and business knowledge to our varying personas that are both technical and non-technical.Understanding of REST APIs and a micro-service architecture.Ability to travel up to 25%Nice to Haves:3+ years of Solution Engineering experience selling SaaS or related industry experience working with Marketing & Marketing-adjacent teamsExperience working with a Content Management Platform or similar technology. The typical base salary range for this position is $113,300-$151,550 annually.
