NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.**Company:** DuBois Health Care **Job Title:** Warehouse Clerk**Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. DuBois Health Care is seeking a dependable Warehouse Clerk to receive, organize, and distribute inventory. This role maintains accurate records, prepares linen and supplies for delivery, keeps the warehouse organized, and follows safety procedures. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities * Receive, verify, and record goods delivered to the warehouse and plant.* Check packing slips and enter receipt information into SAGE or the company database.* Prepare and distribute linen, supplies, and packages for internal departments and other locations.* Fill in as an order delivery driver as needed.* Maintain shipment logs, inventory records, weekly supply orders, and linen inventory spreadsheets.* Complete chemical inventory, receive bulk chemical deliveries, check hazard labels, and follow chemical safety procedures.* Keep storage trailers, dock areas, outside cages, and work areas clean and organized.* Follow company safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; two years of related experience preferred.* Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred.* Must meet applicable DOT physical, drug, and alcohol screening requirements.* Forklift certification required.* Basic math, computer, Microsoft Office, and data entry skills.* Ability to follow detailed instructions, communicate clearly, stay organized, and work safely.* Regular attendance required.Physical Requirements This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, and lifting. Heavy lifting may include linen bales, pallets, boxes, supplies, and 55-gallon chemical drums. Reasonable accommodations may be provided to perform essential job functions.
