We are hiring for two roles, and candidates should be open to any of these positions: Customer Accounts Representative Customer Care Representative Youll receive full training plus opportunities to cross?train and grow. 1. Customer Accounts Representative Schedule: MonFri: 8 AM5 PM Two late shifts weekly: 11 AM8 PM (never Fridays) Every other Saturday: 8 AM12 PM One week each month: 7 AM4 PM + Saturday 7 AM12 PM What Youll Do: Make friendly, early?stage courtesy calls to customers 129 days past due on payments Help customers with payment setups, auto?pay enrollment, and account updates Assist with password resets or login issues No heavy collections escalation teams handle those accounts 2. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
