About the Role

As an In?Home Sales Representative, you'll be the face of our companymeeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting custom solutions that align with their vision. This is an outside sales role where you'll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath remodeling options.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
• Build customized bath designs using our easy-to-use software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Participate in weekly sales training to sharpen your skills and performance
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior in-home sales experience preferred (home remodeling experience is a plus)
• Confident presenter with strong public speaking ability
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Outgoing and professional personality that thrives in social settings
• Reliable transportation and residency in or near Beltsville, MD required

Compensation

• 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential
• Expected earnings: $150,000 $200,000+ annually (based on performance)
