Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid State licensure and certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families from varied backgrounds
• Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and other service providers to support student success
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services delivered
• Attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
