Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000 per year Qualifications for Business Office Manager Skilled Nursing Experience is Required Two years of bookkeeping experience within a healthcare setting, including, but not limited to: managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions. Software proficiency, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public. Must have knowledge of billing and collection practices/techniques. Knowledge in Medicaid/Medicare. Superior organization skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to multitask.
