You are proactively involved in both understanding actual results and influencing decision-making in the future. Reporting to our Associate Finance Director, your responsibilities and projects range from simple to complex and require the use of analytical modeling and business problem solving skills.At Kao, we offer an amazing benefits that are available to you on your first day of employment (healthcare, 401(k) plus company match, etc.), 32 total days off (vacation + holidays + sick) and a salary range of $83,000 - $93,000.What you will do:Financial Planning, Forecasting & Performance ManagementLead the development, consolidation, and analysis of the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, and periodic financial reviews for assigned brands and business units.Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, challenge assumptions, and improve forecast accuracy.Support an integrated planning process that aligns financial targets with business objectives and drives accountability for results.Business Partnering & Decision SupportServe as a strategic finance partner by providing financial insights, recommendations, and scenario analyses that support key business decisions.Develop financial models, business cases, and investment evaluations for growth initiatives, pricing actions, promotional programs, innovation launches, and other strategic projects.Translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations that drive profitable growth, improve performance, and maximize shareholder value.Business Analytics, Reporting & InsightsDevelop, analyze, and communicate financial and operational performance metrics to drive informed decision-making.Leverage financial systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and AI-enabled technologies to create dashboards, automate reporting, and generate actionable insights.Conduct deep-dive analyses of brand, customer, channel, and portfolio performance to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and the underlying business drivers impacting results.Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and compelling manner.What you will need:Bachelor's DegreeAdvanced analytical skills5 years of related FP&A experienceMust have a general understanding of IFRS requirementsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 tools, including the ability to leverage AI-enabled solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance business insightsExperience with ERP and financial systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms, and the ability to transform large data sets into actionable business recommendationsAt Kao, we believe the diversity of our teams strengthens our global mission.
