Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Level 1 Support Tech to join our team! You will resolve computer- + user-related issues for our clients. Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software Resolve issues for users via phone, in person, or remote control/access Onboard new staff with hardware and software O365 is used extensively Qualifications: Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Positive and professional demeanor \nCompany Description We are a locally based IT infrastructure support and solutions operation, providing services to Chicagoland clients.
