Requirements The department is opening a new location at our St. Bernard Parish Hospital. We are looking for suplimental coverage until we are fully staffed. 20 patients per day average. Position is placed on primary eye care within the Department of Ophthalmology, Section of Optometry. Experience in contact lens practice and ocular disease is preferable but not required. Clinic-based position• Integrated practice model with strong, internal referral network• Position includes close working relationship with Ochsner ophthalmologists• Support available from specialists and sub-specialists throughout Ochsner Health System•
