Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of students, identifying challenges related to emotional, social, and academic functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based approaches.

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions tailored to address the mental health needs of students, such as anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma.

• Facilitate workshops and skill-building sessions for students and parents, promoting mental wellness and effective coping strategies.

• Work in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams to address the holistic needs of students, enhancing their educational experience and overall well-being.

• Collaborate with external community organizations to assist with resources post-discharge and ensure continuity of care for students.

Qualifications\n
