Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality individual and couples therapy, adapting your approach to the varying needs of clients across different age groups.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.

• Effectively manage scheduling to accommodate the needs of clients, including maintaining an updated calendar of ongoing appointments.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed of best practices in the field.

• Utilize our established billing service for efficient claims processing, client account management, and insurance reimbursements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LCSW at Key Mental Health & Wellness Center LLC, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults. This role particularly emphasizes supporting students and their families within educational settings, addressing various mental health challenges that impact academic performance and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field, from an accredited program.

• Active LCSW licensure, allowing for independent clinical practice.

• Strong professional ethics, including excellent therapeutic boundaries and cultural competency.

• Demonstrated self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• Willingness to work a minimum of 20-25 hours per week, including availability for at least two evenings each week.

Preferred Experience\n

• Significant training and/or experience in providing therapy to couples is highly desirable.
