Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Call Center Agent to communicate with prospective and existing customers, identify their needs, and promote relevant products and services. Responsibilities Contact prospective and existing customers by phone. Present products and services clearly and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Generate and qualify leads through customer conversations. Follow up with prospective customers to develop sales opportunities. Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and leads. Support customer acquisition and promotional initiatives. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Confident and comfortable speaking with customers by phone. Goal-oriented and motivated by performance. Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, retail, or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
