Customer Success Manager (Excellent English)

graph8 runs outbound campaigns for B2B companies across SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, AI/ML, and more. We need Customer Success Managers who can own customer relationships, drive adoption, and grow accounts through upsell and expansion.

This is a commercial CSM role. You own the relationship, you spot expansion, you run the upsell conversation, you close it. Perform well and you get placed on higher-value accounts over time.

What you'll do

Own a book of named customer accounts. Drive product adoption that creates expansion signals. Run quarterly business reviews. Identify and close upsell + cross-sell opportunities. Manage renewals and protect NRR. Spot churn risk early and turn it around.

Compensation

Commission on expansion revenue (upsell + cross-sell) plus renewal incentives. The bigger the account growth, the bigger the payout. What we're looking for

• B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
• Proven track record of expansion / upsell / NRR growth (not just retention)
• Comfortable having commercial conversations — this is a sales-flavored CS role
• Clear spoken and written English
• Strong relationship-building and discovery skills
• Coachable and competitive
