Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
  
  
• 
  Monitor patient symptoms and observe for any changes in condition.
  
  
• 
  Document patient care activities and update records promptly.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
  
  
• 
  Provide patient education and support to families and visitors.
  
  
• 
  Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Graduate of an accredited LVN or LPN program.
  
  
• 
  Valid license to practice as an LVN or LPN in North Carolina.
  
  
• 
  Have at least one year of recent medical-surgical experience.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong communication and clinical skills.
  
  
• 
  Be able to pass hospital-specific compliance and background checks.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications, including BLS.
