Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings for clients to identify their mental health needs accurately. This includes administering standardized assessment tools and gathering comprehensive backgrounds.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique challenges and aspirations of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to guide interventions.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to deliver integrated, holistic care tailored to client needs.

• Engage with clients’ families, providing educational support that enhances their understanding of mental health issues and promotes active involvement in the recovery process.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
