As a remote telehealth facility, our innovative approach allows therapists to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes while maintaining a strong support network with colleagues. You will operate within a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate each patient’s unique circumstances, needs, and goals, forming the foundation for personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to individual or family dynamics.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community among patients facing similar mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our Mental Health Therapists receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, based on experience and credentials.
