Payment Operations Specialist

Our Las Vegas HQ client is looking for a Payments Operations Specialist immediately to protect revenue, investigate payment fraud, and manage chargebacks. If you have 1+ years of chargeback experience and love digital detective work, salary: $23 - $24 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Manage Disputes: Resolve chargeback tickets in Zendesk from start to finish. Submit Evidence: Compile and submit proof to processors (Vantiv, Braintree, PayPal) using tools like Ethoca. Investigate Fraud: Analyze user history to identify scam trends and repeat chargeback abuse. Reporting: Maintain Excel/Google Sheets logs to track KPIs and collaborate with Fraud/Legal teams.
