Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be supported by a team of professionals who are equally passionate about mental health advocacy and who work together to maintain an exceptional standard of care. Our outpatient office setup ensures that all therapists are connected and able to collaborate effectively through digital platforms, creating a cohesive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, tailoring treatment plans to best suit each client’s unique needs.

• Create individualized treatment plans that reflect an understanding of the clients' circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients both as individuals and in group settings, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their ongoing progress.
\n
• Perform continuous assessments to monitor client progress and adapt therapeutic interventions accordingly.
\n
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups; promote community resources and advocate for client needs.
\n
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and specialists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
\n
• Maintain careful documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will encompass diverse populations, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and addiction. Effective engagement with clients will be pivotal in fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust and empathy, vital for successful outcomes. It is essential that you remain sensitive to the cultural, social, and personal backgrounds of those you serve, as this will enhance their therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated training or experience in addiction counseling and knowledge of evidence-based practices related to substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire clients toward positive change.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other stakeholders.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a remote counseling environment, utilizing telehealth platforms effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
