About the Role We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bilingua l Speech-Language Pathologist to join our vibrant, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services for children with developmental delays and related needs in areas such as speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and cognition. What sets us apart: A collaborative, interdisciplinary environment with SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, psychologists, and support staff working together under one roof A beautiful clinic-based setting designed to support innovative pediatric therapy services A culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and genuine care Leadership that values the unique experience, perspective, and expertise each team member brings Opportunities for growth, mentorship, and meaningful contribution General Role Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat pediatric clients within a multidisciplinary clinic setting Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide speech-language therapy across communication, feeding/swallowing, and cognitive domains Develop home programs and provide parent education and coaching Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, ABA providers, Psychologists, and parents/caregivers Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Participate in interdisciplinary planning and coordinated care Opportunities may be available to supervise up to 2 SLP-As, with commission/bonus pay and caseload reduction Minimum Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current North Carolina license as a Speech-Language Pathologist Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for pediatric, family-centered care Two years of experience preferred, but not required Early Childhood Intervention experience is a plus Fluency in Spanish is a plus Other Requirements Valid North Carolina driver’s license Successful completion of NC/national background checks Successful completion of reference checks Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) option Continuing education support Generous PTO, holidays, and wellness days Paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Flexible spending account Life insurance Opportunities for career advancement Referral program Wellness program Relocation assistance Why This Role Matters At The LEEAP Center, we believe children make the greatest progress when care is coordinated, compassionate, and family-centered.
