Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM

Must Haves:

• Minimum of 1 year of high-volume Accounts Payable experience, with the ability to process approximately 2,500-3,000 invoices per month.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience with VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables .
• Experience using accounting software.
• Previous remote work experience is preferred.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume AP processing experience (processing 2,500-3,000 invoices monthly)
• Proficiency in Excel, including V Lookup and Pivot Tables
• Experience with accounting software, preferably ERP systems like Microsoft Navision or Business Central
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred

Nice to Have Skills:

• Prior remote work experience
• Experience with third-party invoicing systems
• Experience in month-end closing activities
• Knowledge of inventory and supply ordering processes

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or related fields is a plus
• At least 1 year of relevant accounts payable experience, with a proven track record of handling high invoice volumes

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to undergo background checks and a 4-panel drug screen
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
• Ability to work core hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.
• Equipment will be provided, with setup taking approximately one week
