Overview Facility Coordinator (Remote Position) – Full Time Responsibilities Receive and review facility maintenance work orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Prioritize and schedule maintenance tasks based on urgency and client needs, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors for task assignment and progress tracking. Utilize facility management software to manage work orders, track costs, and generate maintenance reports. Communicate with clients, tenants, and stakeholders to update on work order status and maintenance scheduling. Work with procurement to source maintenance supplies and services. Train and guide maintenance technicians on work order management, safety protocols, and maintenance best practices. Qualifications High school diploma required; further education in facility management or related field preferred. 3+ years experience in facility maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for professional interactions. Ability to work independently and in a team, with minimal supervision. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, capable of managing documents and spreadsheets. Additional Information This remote role includes typical office physical demands. Some travel and after-hours work may be required.
