Region Sales Manager

Critter Control Operations specializes in wildlife management services for residential and commercial properties, providing humane wildlife, animal, and integrated pest management solutions nationwide since 1984. We partner with customers to resolve animal‑related concerns in environmentally responsible ways while protecting homes, businesses, and communities. This role is ideal for leaders who are driven by performance, accountability, and growth. You’ll lead by example, support sales execution, and help develop teams that consistently deliver results while maintaining a strong customer‑first mindset. Responsibilities Generate new revenue and accounts in the assigned territory through training, mentoring, and managing field sales representatives. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Support and inspire a team of sales professionals in delivering solutions and selling industry‑leading services and products. Travel 50%+ of the time as needed. Employee discounts, tuition reimbursement, and dependent scholarship awards. Your Daily Duties Create, present, and submit sales proposals and collect owed money promptly. Develop relationships with customers, sister companies, and external businesses to generate new sales opportunities. Act as a problem solver for customers using training to recommend the most efficient and effective solutions. Perform quality control visits and follow‑up with customers to ensure satisfactory service. Complete required training to manage daily operations. Provide technical and logistical assistance to field personnel as needed. Offer ongoing training and guidance to current sales staff. You are a skilled sales professional who generates leads through networking, cold calling, research, and territory development. You are tenacious and a closer. You have excellent time‑management skills. You maintain a “yes” approach to customer service. Qualifications High School Diploma required; four‑year degree preferred. 5+ years of sales management experience. Valid driver’s license. Work Environment Must be able to drive to various locations across large territories. Frequent walking, standing, and moving on diverse terrain, including uneven ground, stairs, roofs, and possibly slippery or muddy areas. Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.). Must be able to climb stairs and ladders safely. Must be able to crouch, kneel, bend, and stretch frequently. Critter Control Operations is an equal opportunity employer.
